Your monthly fee will be pro-rated if there is a 5th lesson in a particular month. Fees will still be collected during the holiday months of June and December. Fees are collected every 15th the month before e.g. 15th April is the collection date for May’s fees.
There is a one time registration fee of $30 and a one month’s, non-refundable deposit required per subject upon admission which will be used to offset the last month’s fee upon withdrawal.
When a student is sick or can’t attend a class due to medical leave or a school event, kindly WhatsApp us at 80729028 to arrange for a convenient time for a makeup lesson.
Tutor Zhang is open for classes on all days except the following days:
1. Certain public holidays and hours may be adjusted on eve of major holidays such as Chinese New Year and Christmas.
2. the last week of December from Christmas Eve to New Year’s day holidays in January of the following year. Please refer to Classcard calendar for more details.
As such, you may arrange for makeup lessons as fees will still be payable to keep a place at Tutor Zhang.
We may at our discretion conduct classes on certain public holidays charged at your base rate per class if we deemed justifiable, especially nearing WAs and National Examinations (PSLE, N/O levels).
Your base rate will increase during the 15th October billing as your child proceeds to the next academic level with a top up for your deposit per subject.
On the 15th of each month, you will receive an automated message from 8213 6225 with a link for payment. You may select any of the payment options available. Kindly direct all billing enquiries to 8072 9028 and not to the automated number. Collection of fees is on 15th of previous month. (Example, fees for June will be collected on 15th May.)
Kindly inform us at least 5 working days before the 15th of each month to withdraw. Your deposit will then be used to offset the last month’s fees. If withdrawal is submitted after an invoice has been issued, issued invoice will still have to be settled before withdrawal is processed.
For parents who want to travel during the holidays, we allow payment of fees with option to make up the lessons when convenient. We regret that total non-payment of fees during school holiday months and to keep a place is not possible. However, if there are special circumstances such as financial issues, do reach out to us for an amicable solution.
