Thank you for entrusting your child’s educational support to our care at Tutor Zhang.
Here are some pointers to note:
Your monthly rate will increase during the 15th October billing as your child proceeds to the next academic level and as such, a deposit top-up will be requested along with new fees.
All prices indicated are in Singapore dollars.
Monthly fee will now be fixed at a monthly rate regardless of a 5th lesson in a particular month.
Fees will still be collected during the holiday months of June and December. Fees are collected every 15th the month before e.g. 15th April is the collection date for May’s fees.
Upon signing up, a one time registration fee of $45 and a monthly, non-refundable deposit is required per subject upon admission which will be used to offset the last month’s fee upon withdrawal.
Payment of fees will be automatically sent out on the 15th of the month before via our automated system. Kindly refrain from messaging the number 82136225 as it is a No Reply number. Kindly direct all enquiries to 8072 9028.
In the event of withdrawal, kindly inform us before the 10th of the month and fees for next month will be offset with your deposit.
Fees will be required to be paid monthly in order to keep a place at Tutor Zhang. Your deposit will be used to offset any outstanding dues. A new Registration fee and a new deposit will hence be required to continue classes should there be any lapse in payment.
For parents who want to travel during the holidays, we allow payment of fees with option to make up the lessons when convenient. We regret that total non- payment of fees during school holiday months and to keep a place is not possible. However, if there are special circumstances such as financial issues, do reach out to us for an amicable solution.
For students who withdraw and rejoin, priority will be given to students who are currently on waiting list and is willing to maintain consistent track record of consistent lessons.
We are open all days except on the following days :- all public holidays and center holidays which can be viewed in our Classcard Classroom Management system. Hours may differ during eve of public holidays such as Chinese New Year and Christmas.

From now till end 2026, other than listed Public Holidays. These are the period when there is Center Closure with no replacement lessons:
(a) 24 Dec 2025 – 4 Jan 2026 (Center reopens Mon 5 Jan 2026
(b) 16 Feb 2026 – 18 Feb 2026 (Center reopens Thu 19 Feb 2026)
(c) 23 Jun 2026 – 5 Jul 2026 (Center reopens Mon 6 Jul 2026)
(d) 21 Dec 2026 – 3 Jan 2027 (Center reopens Mon 4 Jan 2027)
We may open for classes on certain public holidays especially when it is near to WA period or National Exams like PSLE, N and O levels and will notify accordingly.
In the event of medical leave, kindly submit a copy and arrange for a suitable date and time for makeup.
In the event of school events, kindly notify us a week in advance and arrange for a suitable date and time for makeup and not the day before or on the day of event.
Tutor Zhang Education Pte. Ltd. reserves the rights to amend any of the above terms without prior notification.
